I live the classic city life: coffee in one hand, laptop in the other, sitting for 9 hours a day, followed by a dinner delivery and maybe a Netflix binge.
From the outside, it looked like I had it all together. On the inside β my body was screaming. My back hurt, my shoulders were tense, and I felt like a brain plugged into a screen, completely disconnected from my body.
I didnβt want to join a gym (been there, went twice, paid for a year).
I needed something different. Something light, gentle, and easy to fit into my day without making it a whole βthing.β
Thatβs when I found the Pilates Board.
From the first try β I was hooked. Itβs small, itβs pretty, and it made me want to move, without pushing myself.
For the first time, instead of saying βUgh, I have to move,β I started saying, βHey, I want to move.β
My body started waking up. My posture improved. My back felt stronger. And the best part? I do it in my pajamas, without even leaving the house.
