I’m not a workout person. I never was. I’ve bought gym memberships, tried group classes, even did a few personal training sessions. It always ended the same: no motivation, body aches, and a deep sense of failure.

I came across the Pilates Board by accident. Someone recommended it in a moms’ Facebook group, and I saw photos of real women talking about real change. I ordered it without much hope.

I’m not exaggerating when I say it changed my life.
Within a few weeks, I felt my body waking up. The knee pain I thought I’d just have to live with disappeared. My core felt stronger, and for the first time in years, I could get out of bed without my back aching.

But the biggest surprise? I look forward to it. I close the door, put on some music, and for fifteen minutes — it’s just me. No kids, no phones, no distractions. Just me and my body.

I still can’t believe that all I needed was a smart piece of wood to feel this good.
