I’ll admit it — I’m the type who starts…and doesn’t finish.
I signed up for a studio, went three times, paid for six months in advance — and then quit.
Why? Because I didn’t have the energy to get dressed, drive, sit in traffic, walk into a class, and feel like every other woman there was way ahead of me.
So I gave up.
Then I saw the Pilates Board.
It looked simple, accessible, low-pressure.
I ordered it and told myself — just try.
And now? For the first time ever, I’m sticking with it.
Three times a week, fifteen minutes each time — at home, in my pajamas, on my schedule.
I don’t have to compare myself to anyone.
My body is getting stronger, my core is tighter, and my back doesn’t hurt after a day at work.
The biggest surprise? I actually enjoy it.
It doesn’t feel like a chore.
It feels like a small gift I give myself.
