I live the classic city life: coffee in one hand, laptop in the other, sitting for 9 hours a day, followed by a dinner delivery and maybe a Netflix binge.
From the outside, it looked like I had it all together. On the inside β€” my body was screaming. My back hurt, my shoulders were tense, and I felt like a brain plugged into a screen, completely disconnected from my body.

I didn’t want to join a gym (been there, went twice, paid for a year).
I needed something different. Something light, gentle, and easy to fit into my day without making it a whole β€œthing.”

That’s when I found the Pilates Board.
From the first try β€” I was hooked. It’s small, it’s pretty, and it made me want to move, without pushing myself.

For the first time, instead of saying β€œUgh, I have to move,” I started saying, β€œHey, I want to move.”

My body started waking up. My posture improved. My back felt stronger. And the best part? I do it in my pajamas, without even leaving the house.

If you’re on your laptop all day and forgot you even have muscles β€” trust me, they’re still there. They’re just waiting for you to show up.
