After giving birth, I barely recognized my body. I didn’t have time to go out, and every attempt to work out left me frustrated. Then I saw an ad for the Pilates Board and decided to give it a try.
At first, I was skeptical. I didn’t believe something I could do at home — in between laundry and chasing kids — would actually make a difference. But I gave it a shot, and I’m so glad I did.
Very quickly, I started to feel stronger. My back hurt less, my core felt tighter, and most importantly — I finally felt like I was doing something just for me. No pressure, no comparisons, just me and my body.
Now, I work out with the board three times a week, whenever it fits into my schedule. I’m seeing results, both physically and mentally. It’s become a regular part of my routine.
If you’re feeling like there’s no time, no energy, or you just can’t stick to anything — give yourself a chance. This board gave me back a sense of control, confidence, and connection with my body.
